The economy has been facing a tumultuous downturn for the better part of the last eighteen months or so. As information professionals, my colleagues (the Reference Librarians) and I at The Main have noticed a sharp upsurge in internet patrons--many of whom are neophytes to the online world--using the web to locate employment.
